In short: when you sign up or send us a message on this website, EurUP! Consulting receives your details, stores them in Microsoft 365 (Teams/SharePoint) and may share them with relevant OLiMPUS partners. We use them only to share OLiMPUS results and to build symbioses and value-chain partnerships with interested stakeholders. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time through the contact form.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is EurUP! Consulting SAS, 12 ch. Champvillard, 69540 Irigny, France (980 943 096 R.C.S. Lyon), which manages communication and outreach for the OLiMPUS project (Horizon Europe Grant Agreement No. 101318783). You can reach us through the contact form on this website.
2. What data we collect
- Sign-up form: first name, last name, company or organisation, job title, email address, the activities you choose (e-newsletter, webinars, lab visits, researcher exchanges, B2B meetings) and your consent.
- Contact form: name, organisation (optional), email address, your message and your consent.
- Technical data: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs and checks form submissions for spam.
Please do not send sensitive personal data through the forms.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To share OLiMPUS results (newsletter, webinars, events, publications) and to build symbioses and relevant value-chain partnerships with interested stakeholders, through lab visits, researcher exchanges and B2B meetings. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To answer your messages. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who receives your data
- EurUP! Consulting, which manages the data.
- Relevant OLiMPUS partners, listed on the partners section of this website, when your request or interests concern their work (for example, a lab visit or a B2B meeting). They use your data only for the purposes above.

5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers above are based in the USA, and one OLiMPUS partner is in the United Kingdom. Such transfers rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or the adequacy decision for the United Kingdom.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at the latest three years after the end of the OLiMPUS project, that is until 31 August 2033. Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your request. Copies of form submissions held by Netlify are deleted regularly once they have been transferred to our storage.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
To unsubscribe and/or request the deletion of your contact data, send us a message via the website contact form. We will reply within one month.
If you think your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
8. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice, for example if we change providers. The date at the top shows the latest version.
